Valentines Day
I received some roses and a lovely card ( handmade by Eden at Dh’s request)
Usually on Valentines Day, Callum has his little girlfriend round for tea and this year was no exception.
We set up a table in the lounge next to our dining table, we put a candle and tablecloth on it, very civilised, don’t you know?
I cooked a three course meal, well I didn’t cook all of it, the starter was carrots and cucumber with a mayonaise dip, then we had spagetti bolognese, follow by fresh pineapple, ice-cream and some squirty cream, as it’s known in this house, you know the one, it comes in a can!
Some pictures of the event!
To make the meal complete we were surrounded by valentine decorations
Callum handmade her card.
Then on Sunday we did some gardening, we moved these roses and put some bark around them and starting digging the veg patch
Clark sorted out a load of rubble that we want to keep for our garden path, we’re going to break it all up and then lay the path and put gravel on top of it.
Cody did what he does best,…… get dirty!!
He actually had mud in his hair.
That was our weekend!
