Been busy, yet done nothing!
We haven’t stopped today, I left Malc cutting the back lawn this morning and took the children to my sisters, we’ve not been to her new flat since she moved in. They have done so much to it, the garden is unrecognisable, they’ve decked out some of it, fenced it in, it’s got a lovely big gate on the fence. They’ve also found a home for everything, their bedroom looks lovely, I think they’ve done more in the few weeks they’ve been moved in than we’ve done in two years.
Whilst we were there they mentioned getting a guinea pig for my nephew, so we looked in the local Freeads and there were quite a few about, rang a couple for imformation.
They were going to have a talk about it and ring me if they needed advice on hutches and stuff.
So we went home, had some lunch, my Mum turned up for a cuppa, my sister rang, we arranged to meet at our local "Pets At Home", we advised on a hutch and how much sawdust she’d need, took the hutch home for her as we had more room in her mini-bus and then came home again.
I made a stew for tea, did some ironing, since then the phone hasn’t stop ringing, I was even on the house phone and my mobile started ringing as well, good job I’ve got two ears!!
The children have decided to do some school work, Eden’s doing a science crossword, Cals doing fullstops, question marks and exclaimation marks, Clarks doing "what’s the highest/lowest number?"
So they’re interrupting me every two minutes asking questions, so I’d better go.
I can’t wait for today to end, like I said really busy but not a lot done, absolutely nothing to show for it!
