New shoes and Meet the Flats!
Today we went out to town and got the children new shoes, the lady took 1 hour and 10 minutes to fit them all, we were served by the lady who usually "does" us and she’s lovely, she showed Eden how to fit shoes and what you had to look for, she couldn’t believe how much Cody had grown, she always makes it a nice experience for us, because believe me, five kids, all measured and all trying about three pairs of shoes each to get the best fit isn’t fun!
If Burley gets hold of any of these I’ll throttle him gently reprimand him!! All the children have had a lecture about putting them up.
We finished making out "flats" today, and their "suitcases" Malc has laminated them and we’re just about ready to go, I’ve got to put a request on the site to see if somebody will "host" our flat, I only hope we get some replies!
In yesterdays comments Lisa said one of her friends used to do this and was taking photos of it at the zoo, we were talking about this yesterday, we thought we could take a picture of it sitting on our local lifting bridge which is well known in this area, mainly for causing tailbacks when it’s up in the summer.
I thought we could take a picture of it "playing" on the floor with the dogs, or riding on one of the dogs backs, I even thought I could take a picture of it with just a leg hanging out of Burleys mouth, but unfortunately not everybody has the same sense of humour as me and we might be banned from the site for not taking enough care of our visiting "flat"!!
Some pictures to make you smile!

I just wrote to you about hosting one of your flats (Christmas Tree if not already requested) and then I clicked on your blog. This is hilarious! I love your sense of humor!
