I’ve had a stinking headache all day, it just won’t go. Eden did some of her lapbook this morning and Clark did his birthday thankyous, they all did thankyou letters for their Easter eggs.

That’s about all that got done, the children decided they wanted to tidy their schoolwork corner and files and very helpfully found a load of work for me to mark.

I’ve spent a lot of time today on the computer reading other peoples blogs for inspiration, so if you find that somebody’s been foraging through your archives, that’s me!

I’ve found a few things we could do.

We follow National Cirriculum, and we’re very happy with it, it works for us, but sometimes I look at others peoples blogs and I see all this wonderful work that they’re producing, I think, I would like to do that.

So we will stick with what I know works for us, but I think we could incorporate a few new things in there as well.

Edens at Grandmas tonight, she’s getting a bit despondant because she’s getting no referers to her blog. So, if you’ve got a minute, take a look, you don’t have to comment, at least she’ll know somebody’s looking at it, it might give her a bit of motivation! There’s a link in my sidebar.

I’ve put a lot of the sites that I use for the childrens work on it. It’s always useful to share information.

I get friends whose children go to school ask me how to find extra work for them to do, some of the games are actually online, so be prepared to give up your computer!!
